Gentler gum treatment, powered by our laser.
We use a soft-tissue laser alongside deep cleanings to clear bacteria and help gums heal, with less discomfort and downtime.
Laser-assisted periodontal therapy (LAPT)
During or after scaling and root planing, the laser targets infected tissue and bacteria deep in the gum pockets that instruments can miss. This supports better healing of the gums against the tooth.
Laser bacterial reduction (LBR)
We also use the laser during routine hygiene visits to reduce harmful bacteria before a cleaning. It's a quick, comfortable step that helps protect your gums over time, and it's our most common use of the laser.
Why patients like it
Less bleeding, less post-treatment soreness, and quicker recovery than traditional gum surgery for many cases. See our full laser dentistry → page for other uses.
