Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website at parcsdentistry.com (the "Site"), operated by PARCS Dentistry ("PARCS," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The Site is information, not dental advice
The content on this Site is for general information only. It is not dental, medical, or health advice, and it is not a substitute for an in-person exam, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed dentist. Reading this Site does not create a dentist-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you become a patient of record at our office.
Never delay seeking care or disregard professional advice because of something you read here. If you think you have a dental or medical emergency, call our office at (725) 250-2840 during business hours, or call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Booking appointments online
Our Site lets you request or book appointments through a third-party scheduling tool (NexHealth). Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it. Appointment times, availability, and any new-patient offers are subject to change and to confirmation by our office. Your use of the scheduling tool is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
Pricing, offers, and insurance
Any prices, promotions, or membership details shown on the Site (for example, new-patient specials or our in-house membership plan) are subject to change and may have conditions. They are estimates for general guidance, not a quote or a guarantee of cost or coverage. Your actual treatment plan and costs are determined after an in-person exam. We'll always go over costs and your options with you before treatment begins.
Privacy and protected health information
Your use of the Site is also covered by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we handle information collected through the Site. Please do not send detailed personal health information through Site forms, email, or text, as those channels are not secure. The privacy and security of your protected health information as a patient is governed separately by HIPAA and by the notices we provide in our office.
Communications consent
By giving us your phone number or email, you agree that we (and tools acting on our behalf) may contact you about appointments, treatment, and our services by phone, text message, or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to texts, using the unsubscribe link in emails, or contacting our office.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security;
copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content except as allowed below; or
submit false information or impersonate another person.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, are owned by PARCS Dentistry or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or use it without our written permission. "PARCS Dentistry" and our logo are our marks and may not be used without permission.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (such as our scheduling, financing, or review partners). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PARCS Dentistry and its owners, dentists, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.
