Who benefits
Kids and teens benefit most as their molars come in, but adults with deep grooves and no decay can benefit too. Sealants pair well with fluoride for cavity-prone teeth.
How they're applied
We clean the tooth, paint on the sealant, and harden it with a light. There's no drilling and no numbing, and it takes just a few minutes per tooth.
How long they last
Sealants can last several years. We'll check them at your regular visits and reapply if needed.
