From the minute I got there, there was an immediate welcoming vibe. I felt important and valued, like I had been there a thousand times. Justin was friendly from the start. Dr. Kim was amazing. She explained every option and aspect of my dental needs thoroughly. She understood the plan of action and what needed to be obtained, and made me feel comfortable that I was getting many opinions and researching what was best for me. I felt supported in whatever I decided, and was given an extensive explanation so I wouldnt have too many questions later. I felt at ease and that she is a top notch professional who has done the best work with clients best interest in mind.

The staff of PARCS dentistry were exceptionally freidnly and professional. I was late due to traffic and I called to apologize, they were very understanding. Every staff member I encountered after I arrived was excpetionally friendly and made me feel welcome. The office was clean and nicely decorated for the Holidays.
